All you need to do is let us know a little bit about yourself so that we can see that you are motivated, capable and ready to gain 'real world' digital work experience over 5-day incubator - 10am to 3pm.
If you are looking for casual and part-time work once work experience has ended, the team at Midcoast Digital are also offering students the opportunity to develop an online portfolio and create your own unique profile which will let prospective employers know all about the skills and talents which you can offer. We also offer an ongoing casual program for talented students being sponsored by client projects. This year, 20% of participants gained casual employment from the skills gained in this incubator.
Business and individual experts participating in the MidCoast Digital Incubator discover Australian students have a lot to offer, especially in a supportive and nurturing environment.
BUSINESS PARTICIPATION
We all had to start somewhere on our career paths. If students are not in a capital city, they are limited to local business 'real work experience' opportunities. MidCoast Digital incubator aims to identify talented youngsters and give them the chance to learn, develop and shine with 'real world' digital experience, working on real campaigns in a structured eLearning environment.
Our team will coach, support, nurture and navigate students and design a structured work experience program around their individual abilities, talents and challenges as they explore a digital career pathway. Students will learn and work on their own, with one on one coaching, participate in team and client meetings learning valuable and transferable skill sets.
Let's teach our students together, one task at a time and develop an ethical mix of offshoring which also 'supports Australian kids today'. We will train local and remote support teams for service tasks that require a deep understanding of Australia's way of life.
We have been developing our incubator since 2016. In 2017, students assisted to produce "the most requested legal updates" in Go1 and over 70 hours of content was placed in their premium library. We publish over 100 leading Australian barristers, accredited specialists and legal industry experts. We are worthy of your support.
We are actively seeking a naming rights sponsor and support partners, including a pro bono legal firm and no win, no fee law firm. For more information, please schedule a 15-minute chat with Paula Gilmour.
